This Cookie Policy explains how Fynaxis ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on fynaxis.com (the "Site"), the choices available to you, and how to exercise them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in that Policy.
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to store information. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software development kits, which can store or read information on your device. They may be "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by another provider), and "session" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" (remaining until they expire or you delete them).
We keep the Site as tracker-free as possible. Strictly necessary cookies and local storage are used to make the Site work and do not require consent. We do not set non-essential cookies or load third-party embeds until you give consent through our cookie banner. You can accept or decline optional items, and you can withdraw or change your choice at any time (see section 6). We store a record of your choice so that we do not have to ask on every visit.

We review this inventory periodically and update it when what the Site loads changes.
When you consent to load a third-party embed, that provider (currently Google, for maps) processes data under its own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider's privacy policy. Enabling an embed may result in the provider setting cookies or receiving your IP address and browsing information.
Because we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we load optional embeds only with your consent, browser "Do Not Track" signals do not change what we do. Where required by law, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for any applicable opt-out rights.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies and similar technologies changes or as the law requires. The "Last updated" date and version above reflect the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
