Stalled-build rescue

A focused intervention into a build that's slipped. Diagnostic week, then 5 weeks of unblocking — finishing the architecture, fixing the integration, landing the cutover.

Best when: an existing SI has stalled and you need it landed.
WHEN NOT TO HIRE US FOR THIS

Honest qualifying — saves us both time.

  • If you haven't done discovery yet — start with Architecture & Advisory. Building before designing is how you end up with $200k of throwaway work.
  • If you need a 200-person offshore SI for a $5M global rollout — that's Accenture / Cognizant lane. We'll point you to who's good there.
  • If you want a fixed price without scope agreement — we'll never quote that. It always burns one of us, and it usually burns both.
  • If you expect us to "manage" your internal stakeholders — we'll work alongside them. We won't replace executive sponsorship.
